Hormex is a vitamin, hormone concentrate and root growth stimulant, and has been a household name amongst the horticultural community for almost 50 years. It prevents transplant shock by stimulating growth of the small feeder roots, which become damaged during transplanting. For rooting cuttings, dip the cutting in full strength Hormex for one minute then plant in a Rockwool cube. Use diluted Hormex for watering cuttings or transplants to prevent shock.
